Storers will access our facilities via the front gate using a coded padlock provided by Apex Vehicle Storage. This code grants them access to our drop-off and collection zones.

Storers will leave their vehicle in our designated drop-off zone and take photos and videos of the property's condition. Once this is done, they must deposit their keys into an onsite safe before leaving the site. Our staff will conduct a full inspection of the vehicle's exterior, documenting its condition with photos and videos.

The vehicle will be parked in our gated, secure yard equipped with lights and 24/7 security cameras by Apex Vehicle Storage staff.

Storers wishing to retrieve their vehicles must notify Apex Vehicle Storage via email at apexvehiclestorage@gmail.com. Collection is available between 9am and 4pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays, and is allowed once per month on average over the term of storage. A 48-hour notice via email is required to arrange collection. Upon notification, storers will receive their unique collection code for the keysafe, allowing them to access their vehicle by retrieving their keys from the safe and collecting their vehicle from the designated collection bay.

The storage fee is to be paid monthly until the Storage Agreement has been terminated. We do not operate with long-term lock-in contracts. We have a minimum one-month stay with monthly renewals. You are able to terminate the storage agreement whenever you please with one month's notice. If you plan on leaving your vehicle with us long-term, we offer prepayment discounts for 6 or 12 months. Prepayment is non-refundable, and a termination of the storage agreement before the prepaid period has concluded will not incur a refund of any sort. All communication regarding payments and agreements must be conducted via email.

Access to vehicles outside of the specified collection hours may be accommodated under special circumstances. Please contact Apex Vehicle Storage via email to discuss your requirements.

Apex Vehicle Storage welcomes a wide range of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, boats, caravans, RVs, and other towables. The standard space for storage typically accommodates vehicles within dimensions of approximately 3 metres in width and 8 metres in length. Please note that larger vehicles may require special arrangements or may be subject to additional fees. If you have specific space requirements or concerns regarding the size of your vehicle, please contact us via email to discuss available options and accommodations.

Apex Vehicle Storage offers additional services such as battery charging, tyre pressure checks, and basic maintenance upon request. Please inquire via email for more information on available services and associated fees.

In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, Apex Vehicle Storage will take appropriate measures to safeguard stored vehicles and notify storers accordingly. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive timely notifications.

Apex Vehicle Storage does not provide insurance coverage for stored vehicles. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure their vehicle is adequately insured during the storage period. We recommend consulting with your insurance provider to discuss coverage options for stored vehicles.

For safety and compliance reasons, certain items or substances may be prohibited from storage in vehicles at Apex Vehicle Storage. This includes but is not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, and firearms. Please ensure your vehicle is free from such items prior to drop-off.

Storers may request access to their stored vehicle for inspection or retrieval during the storage period. However, additional fees or restrictions may apply depending on the frequency and duration of access. Please contact Apex Vehicle Storage via email to make arrangements.
